Granulated Graphite
Granular graphite is used in metallurgy as a carburizer of cast iron and steel, in the manufacture of carbon graphite materials and products and a filler for graphite plastics.
It is made from waste from electrode and metallurgical industries (battle, electrode stubs, blast furnace, hearth and side blocks, shaped products) in accordance with the requirements of technical specifications for fractional and chemical composition.
In agreement with the Customer, it is possible to manufacture a granular carburizer with indicators different from those indicated in the table.
Grade | Granule size, mm | Ash, % (mass.) | Sulphur, % (mass.) | Moisture, % (mass.) | Carbon, % (mass.) |
GR-97 | Ø 10 х 2 ÷ 15 | 3,0 NMT | 0,2 NMT | 3,0 NMT | 97,0 NLT |
GR-99 | Ø 10 х 2 ÷ 15 | 1,0 NMT | 0,05 NMT | 3,0 NMT | 99,0 NLT |
